As you can see, you can book all 10 weeks (full course), 5 weeks at a time, or individual classes. It is beneficial to do all 10 start to finish however you can absolutely book the 2nd 5 weeks first and then do the 1st 5 weeks, depending on when your baby arrives and which dates work best for you!

Finally....a class focused on YOU mama! This class is suitable from birth - 6 months (ish!). This circle class includes:

• Connection with other local mamas (find your tribe!)

• Connection with your beautiful new baby

• Grounding Exercises for Nervous System Care

• Education on a new topic each week such as infant sleep, parental regulation, self-compassion and more!

• Practical exercises such as journaling, group work and creating temperament profiles for your baby

• I lead a circle sharing segment following prompts relating to our weekly topic
