We are proud of our support for SEND children in Early Years and help families all the way through the process.
Our Approach
Our setting follows the Lancashire SEND offer and provides support for all Early Years children to seamlessly access provision. We tailor children's needs with the help and support of varying services including speech and language where we have our own internal champions and lead.
We also have the Wellcomm toolkit to help identify children's emerging gaps and needs. At the nursery, we welcome and are proud of our support for SEND children in Early Years and will help families all the way through the often-difficult process.

As well as the SEND requirements within the EYFS we also have statutory requirements within the SEND code of practice 0-25 years.
